USE OF OUR WEBSITE

When you use this website and place orders through Vickiez Originals, you agree to:

  • Use this website to make enquiries and legally valid orders only.
  • Not to make any false or fraudulent orders. If an order of this type may reasonably be considered to have been placed, we shall be authorised to cancel it and inform the competent authorities.
  • Provide us with your email address, postal address and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary.
  • If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.

CONTRACT

After you place an order you will receive a Confirmation Email/Message (Order Confirmation) and a Shipping Confirmation.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are subject to the availability of products. If there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or if items are out of stock, we reserve the right to inform you about substitute products of similar quality and price. If you do not wish to order substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER

We will always do everything possible to process all orders. However, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process an order even after sending the Order Confirmation.

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove any product from this website at any time
  • Remove or modify any material or content on the website

We shall not be liable to you or any third party for removing any product or modifying any content from our website or for not processing an order after sending the Order Confirmation.

DELIVERY

In continuation of clause (3) regarding product availability and extraordinary circumstances, we will make every effort to deliver your order by the date indicated in the Delivery Confirmation or within the estimated timeframe.

The maximum delivery period will be 30 days from the Order Confirmation date.

However, delays may occur due to:

  • unforeseen circumstances
  • delivery zone limitations

For the purpose of these Conditions, the “delivery” shall be considered completed when you or a third party nominated by you takes physical possession of the goods. This will be evidenced by the signing of the delivery receipt at the delivery address provided by you.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We make every effort to ensure that prices on the website are accurate. However, errors may occur.

If we discover an error in the price of any product you ordered:

  • We will inform you as soon as possible.
  • You will have the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.

If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded.

We are not obliged to provide any product at an incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as incorrect.

Additional points:

  • Prices on the website exclude delivery charges.
  • Prices may change at any time.

RETURN – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Customers can return orders within 7 days from the date of delivery (for orders placed outside sale duration).

Due to strict hygiene standards, returns are not accepted for the following categories:

  • Caps
  • Hats
  • Masks
  • Boxers
  • Shorts
  • Bodysuits
  • Crop tops
  • Tank tops
  • Rugs
  • Socks
  • Baby tees
  • Stickers and stationery products

Return requirements:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Original packaging must be intact.

We reserve the right not to accept returns if:

  1. The product appears used, washed, or soiled.
  2. The product is damaged (unless it was delivered damaged).

Once confirmed by our Customer Experience Team, we will arrange reverse pickup within 48 hours of request approval.

We rely on delivery partners such as:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC

Products purchased during Sale or Clearance Sales are non-returnable and non-refundable.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Mohali, Punjab.

INVOICE

An invoice will be provided along with the products at the time of delivery.

TAXES

As per prevailing regulations in India, all purchases made through the website are subject to applicable taxes.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return (for orders placed outside sale duration).

If the goods are returned within the allowed period:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.
  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Refunds will be credited to the Vickiez Originals Wallet.

If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours at:

An order can be returned a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.

WALLET – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Vickiez Originals Wallet amount:

  • Can only be used on vickiezoriginals.com
  • Is non-refundable to bank accounts
  • Is non-transferable between users
  • May be used for purchases on the website

Products eligible under wallet refunds are replacement only and cannot be exchanged.

FRAUD PREVENTION

Vickiez Originals reserves the right to refuse returns suspected of being fraudulent or violating policy terms.

All returned products undergo inspection to verify authenticity and condition.

Fraudulent attempts may be reported to the relevant authorities.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Vickiez Originals may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
